At Club Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return label from your email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been fully processed.
